We are so happy we hired Bella Blue to build our new pool! They were great from start to finish- Mario takes really good care of his clients, and prides himself and his business on the satisfaction of his customers. Mario goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, even if it is not always easy.

Our pool was completed on time, and given the current shortage of supplies, we found that to be pretty impressive. In 60 days, we went from an average looking backyard, to a pristine, poolside oasis.

I would like to recommend Bella Blue Water Pools and Mario Elias as your next pool contractor.
I found Mario through researching my YELP app.  We just recently moved into our new home and wanted to build a small pool.  The YELP ratings and reviews prompted a call.  Mario was quick to respond, and he came out to our home to discuss our plan.
Our home had a sloped back yard, and Mario recommended that we installed a retaining wall for a few reasons:  1.  By having our pool on one level our usable space will be larger; 2.  We would be above the homes below

We just had Bella Blue Water complete a major renovation and expansion of our pool. Mario, his office manager (Erika), project manager (Marco), and tiling team (Horatio) were all nothing short of a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say I was NEVER frustrated with him or his team. That is unheard of on a major renovation project in my experience. What I want in a company is ...a lot. However, I think that is what most want... good communication, honesty, reliability, timeliness, efficiency, cleanliness, proactive nature, detail-oriented, no hidden fees...AND a beautiful result. Not sure what is happening but the pool cleaning service has deteriorated. I used there service for 6 years and was very happy as the service was impeccable . There was a change about a year ago where I was assigned a new pool cleaner and the service has never been the same. After expressing my disappointment with the service for example pool tile not being brushed on a regular bases causing algae buildup on corners, and omitting the pool vacuum twice a week. I haven't seen any improvement...it's time to look for a new company that will listing to my needs and concerns :(

We will know more after June 23 when they come back to look at the Expensive Pool Spa New Tile put on the Spa last December. We don't want to just to any conclusions until they come and look at some major areas concerning to us.

Mario and his team were on point and professional at all times. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to enhance their property. Best investment we made and our pool is beautiful.

We have used Bella Blue Water for many years to care for and regularly clean our pool. They are reliable and keep the pool in perfect shape. Totally professional, and the follow through was excellent. Mario the owner was involved from day one. One glitch that was not the fault of Bella was handled quickly and without difficulty. Great communication and flexibility. In an area with many fly by night operators, these guys, while not the cheapest, are the real deal. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

So I'm writing this review about 8 years too late.

First let me start off by saying Mario and Mario Senior are the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

Like most, I met Mario by looking on yelp for the best pool service in the valley. Many companies came up and we called a few and one of those were obviously Bella Blue.

Mario and his dad came and walked us through are equipment and the problems he thought we had or may potentially have. Needless to say we hired Mario....

We own a couple investment properties and we have referred Mario to others and they also love Bella Blue.

Great company for monthly service and issues needing extra services such as a leak in the underground plumbing. Mario and everyone I have had the pleasure to call for HELP have been fantastic! Also when you are gone for the summer and get a call a sprinkler valve has broken you may need to call your gardener ... go above and beyond!

We needed our pool bead blasted and the lights replaces with LED. Francisco and his team did a great job. The pool came out better than I had hoped, and they got the whole job competed on time and budget. They were also able to work with my very tight timeline.
I highly recommend them for any pool service.
