Replaced our old well water system using our existing softener. He didnt try to over-sell me, and put together several packages for me to choose from. Answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He really knows water treatment. Installed new enclosed aeration system with pressure tank, filters, and ozone/UV system. Then services our existing under sink RO system. Even came back to service a small leak a couple days later. Very prompt and professional. Quality work. Prices below larger plumbing companies that have much less knowledge in this field.

It’s been a couple weeks since I hired Todd Buchman, owner of Captain Filtration, to install a whole home water filtration and water softener system. He took care of my last home, too. Here in Florida it is a must. Left untreated, the water is very hard and has tons of deposits that wreak havoc on the plumbing, faucets and shower fixtures.

I’m an acupuncturist and I understand how important water quality will affect a person’s health. Had a water filtration system from another company. After I-don't-know-how-many service calls for them to change basically every component of the system, only to have the system still not produce water correctly or in anything more than a trickle for more than a week or so at a time, I gave up and called Captain Filtration. Should have done that months ago! Todd came out and put in a new system with the best tasting and most powerful flowing water I could ever ask for. Todd did a great job installing our equipment at a very fair price. He was thorough in his explanation of the equipment, his process and how the system works. He has gone above and beyond since his installation, when I needed a refresher course on how to maintain our system, he went out of his way to show me in person. He is incredibly accessible, I can’t say enough about how impressed I am at how easy it is to get in touch with him and how quickly he responds to a call or text. Todd is unbelievable. He is professional, polite and a great guy to work with. My wife and I could not be happier with his products or services. Our family and friends say we have the best water when they come over. That is saying a lot since we are in an area know to have not so good water. Todd installed a water softener and a reverse osmosis system which has given us fabulous water. We can not thank him enough.

Todd came over, tested our water, showed us how it had chemicals and harness in it. Then he installed a water system for our house. Wow!! What a difference. we could tell the difference immediately. Then, he came back and tested the water again and was able to SHOW us how the system was working properly. Yes.. we would recommend his company completely. He answers every question we had.. even when we call a few weeks later. Thank you Todd.

Todd at Captain Solutions Water Treatment is excellent. His level of knowledge and professionalism are hard to come by in this day and age.
If you have concerns about the safety and flavor of your water (and you should!) I highly recommend you request a water test and have Todd install a water treatment / water purifying system.
