Here at Center Stage we believe that every child is an individual. Our focus is to bring that individualism out with freedom of expression and creativity, in a safe and nuturing environment. Our mission is to pass on our passion for life through our love for the art of dance to the students of Center Stage Dance Academy.
This class is based on safe and effective progressions in five divisions of acro dance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering & Tumbling. From forward rolls to Aerials, stretch & strength, partner/group stunting and balancing techniques, instruction is provided on proper warm up techniques, drills and conditioning exercises with our "Acrobatic Arts" certified instructor.
Tiffany has been the Owner and Artistic Director of Center Stage Dance Academy for 20 years. Center Stage is a proud YPAD (Youth Protection Advocates in Dance) Parent Plus Certified Studio. She is the founder of The Center Stage Outreach Team Inc., a Massachusetts nonprofit corporation with dancers ranging from ages 5 to adult, dedicated to bringing their passion for dance and life to the community of all ages through performance and education.

My daughter really enjoyed her time at Center Stage Dance Academy! She took Acro, Lyrical/Contemporary, Ballet, and Jazz and was so excited to interact with the teachers and students. The studio room is spacious and clean, it was also very easy to register and pay through the online portal. Overall, a great experience!
