I live in a condominium with a Marley water AC system. The whole building cools from the chilled water of a huge Marley tower. Although several companies would work on Marley systems, ONLY Louisville Mechanical, to the best of my knowledge, will come into a residential Unit and fix a system like this. L.M. will charge a premium price, but it's worth it to have AC/heat. This building must be a "thorn in Louisville Mechanical's side," but they don't leave us to the elements. They're like expensive Saints.

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.
Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor "broke itself," and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.
I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical
