Tim and the crew consistently exceed expectations -- when my mower needed a spring tune-up, Tim was there to pick it up same day--dropped it off 2 days later--amazing considering other shops were scheduling out 6 weeks. Carries professional grade equipment that lasts providing excellent value, backs it up with attentive service. EPE is a well-managed shop. Its a pleasure doing business with EPE.

I have been a customer for close to 10 years. I’ve purchased two lawnmowers a brand new weedeater and a backpack blower within the last two years. I entered the store 20 minutes prior to closing because my work commute from three Rivers is nearly 45 minutes and I have learned from past experiences that the door locks at 5 sharp. My intentions were to buy another mower for my daughter and her new home along with some trimmer line. At five minutes to closing I felt rushed out the front door by the two women behind the counter and the one gentleman locking up behind me. No one would answer any questions

Extreme goes above and beyond with customer support. The owner Tim has always been there for me more than he should have in my opinion, for being a small company.If I need anything it's taken care of immediately. He even came to an auto accident to make sure I was okay, then he returned with a trailer to help load up my torn off plows out of the road. That is not any kind of support or relationship that you will find elsewhere. The front desk help John is pretty awesome to he always makes me feel warm and welcome. I am really going to miss these guys being I physically can't mow grass anymore.

I would have to agree with the other two neg. reviews about this company. They have horrible attitudes towards there customers. The way I was treated today really relates to the two bad reviews as being accurate. Im gonna spare you the explanation as why I was treated the way I was today. This is the only recourse customers have anymore. And by writing this review I hope I save someone the headache of dealing with these people. Its really unbelievable how they treat there customers. I think the owners are just miserable horrible people. After today there is no doubt in my mind they would take advantage

My parents brought a part of their lawnmower to this company. My parents are in their late 80's and early 90's. My mother told the clerk that she "wanted it fixed". I understand wanting something fixed can be taken several ways and I feel the line of communication between this company and my parents was undefined. My parents never received an estimate of the work that needed to be done , never knew the hourly wage, never signed any paper work prior to the repair. When I went in with my parent to pay the bill of over $700.00 I asked for the estimate. I was told by the owner, "your parents did not
