This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The wait times are horrible, usually over 20 minutes. The supervisor Maria does not provide good customer service, she laughs at her clients (probably not aware she picked the phone up), does not keep to her word, doesn't check in on client issues and does the least amount possible for the client. She has all kinds of excuses about why things are not being processed but does not supply any fixes and doesn't even try to direct the clients on how to get things moving.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They missed two scheduled delivery dates without calling to update us. I had to take three full days off from work before receiving the product. I called and no one was able to help and they effectively lied to us each time letting us know "it would be there between 7-11am, but then never showing up. The second delivery they stated it would be there between 7-7pm (a 12 hour window!!!) and they failed to delivery the product. Finally it was delivered the third time. After calling to ask if there was anything they could do for all the time that

Ordered a Nordictrack treadmill with White Glove delivery. It was delivered by this company. My delivery guy Freddie, was nice and they put the machine where I requested and quickly set it up. They cleaned up all the trash after them. I gave them cold water bottles to go and they left. I was happy with my service.

Worked here for a week through an agency and can say that this is one of the worst agency jobs I have ever been sent to. What I was told through the agency was that I would occasionally be lifting packages up over 50 pounds using a dolly, but when I arrived I saw that this company mainly dealt with appliances and furniture and had us working with packages that were at least 100 lbs. While this is standard for a heavy labor job, this company would have us work for 4 hours straight and only gave us 1 break in an 8 hour shift. TERRIBLE company. We ordered a large piece of outdoor furniture through Overstock nearly a month ago. It was scheduled to be delivered by this company, but they never showed up. They rescheduled, then we got an email saying they were rescheduling again for another week out.
You try to call and no one answers, call Overstock and they say we need to talk to the logistics company. Try emailing no response. Then when they do finally get here I asked them to put the piece in my backyard considering they made us wait weeks, it's the least they can do. They flat out said no. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Honestly, I was not expecting much based on the reviews from online (Google and Yelp). Most of the complaints were for no shows, lack of communication, and frustration. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I received the opposite of most reviews listed.
The company kept me updated via email on the status of pick-up, scheduling delivery, and the actual delivery date. The driver contacted me via mobile on the delivery day to let me know if he was close by and they were ahead of schedule. A+ for me!!
