" whatever it takes to keep me happy" and not just saying that, but putting them into action is why today, I have very positive and happy butterflies. We built a new home with NuVista Homes and it was such an exciting and smooth experience! Susan Sandberg provided us with exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The quality of the build has been very disappointing. There have been numerous mistakes through out and when it has been a fight to address them from the start. These include such things as improper… installation of hvac systems, cutting two holes in the garage for a man door, improperly installing our flooring tiles, to a very poorly constructed deck. To top it off when concerns are brought forward they are dismissed by Nuvisat as being minor, or acceptable. I would then suggest changing the modo fro. Quality builder to an ACCEPTABLE (builder) it is definitely not the experience anyone

Nuvista is awesome. They have a great team work. Estee, the sale manager, is very friendly and respectful person. She explained and responded our questions clearly and promptly during our waiting time.
Stive (hope I wrote his name correctly) and Greg are excellent and helpful. Procession date was on time. We moved in almost one month ago and everything is good so far. will report if we have more comment later. :)

We built our first home from scratch with NuVista and we had the best experience with them. Everyone was amazing. I'm talking about Mike, Melinda, Jason and of course Richard. They were all super welcoming and informative. They were with us right from the beginning and made sure we got what we wanted and then some. We seriously can't thank them… enough. Now, let's talk about our home. We just took possession last week and we're loving it. The kitchen, the living room, the basement, the rooms...The whole house is awesome. HUGE RAVE to NuVista in The Willows, Cochrane!!
We bought a new house from them and they have been absolutely incredible!
I'm an interior designer and my husband is a carpenter so we're picky and hard to please... From start to finish they have been the best builders we have ever used. We will never use another builder again. That's how… impressed we are.
Only a couple of very minor deficiencies which they fixed right away. I really can't rave enough about them.
We have our dream home.
If you're thinking of buying a home I highly recommend NuVista.

I cannot comment about the whole experience as I am living next door to the home they are building, but I would definitely be concerned with the quality of the home as I have interacted with the tradespeople. Some have been very nice, but one got angry with me for asking him to clean up his mess in my backyard and they sprinkled nails across my driveway (and admitted it to me), Thankfully I did not get a flat... To me, I would be concerned about the quality of their work as the tradesman are a strong reflection of that... The builder has also not addressed me calls whatsoever, so service is really
