You're a busy attorney. We get it. That's why we created our Attorney-Agent ALLIANCE Program. Join ALLIANCE and you become an agent for our underwriters while receiving your title search and closing services through Prairie Title. We offer you and your clients professional closers, competitive pricing, and accurate and up-to-date searches and commitments.
Our rate estimator is based on a standard residential purchase and represents a standard division of fees, though which party pays each fee is usually negotiable. This is a non-binding estimate of rates based on limited information and only as may apply to routine residential orders. Additional charges may be required for extra risk or additional processing of difficult or unusual transactions.

Used them in the past. Had good service. However when I called them today, I spoke w Mary Pelligrini. She seemed rushed and did not have time to service me on the phone. She sounded stressed, perhaps overworked and told me she did not have the time to run a quote or discuss the quote on their website. She was "too busy" and if the deal goes to them she would take a look at it. I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere in the future. Unfortunate because I had gone to them due to good reviews on Google and seemed there was good service in the past.
