Chiropractic is a health care discipline which emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without the use of drugs and surgery. The practice of chiropractic focuses on the relationship between structure (primarily the spine) and function (as coordinated by the nervous system) and how that relationship affects the preservation and restoration of health.
Every baby needs to have a healthy spinal column. The spine is the framework that will support your child throughout his or her growing years and adulthood. Studies have shown that newborn infants often enter the world with spinal trauma and stress due to the birth process. Even under the best conditions, birthing can be difficult for the infant who has spent nine months cradled in the dark, warm womb.
When you enter the office, you will be greeted by a friendly, courteous staff that will take your important medical information and will guide you through our office. Please bring any pertinent information such as MRI reports or X-rays. A thorough chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological examination will be performed to help diagnose your condition.
Dr. Fiorini founded Fiorini Chiropractic Center, P.A. with his wife, Kim, in 1992 after working with several other doctors in Georgia and South Florida. He is passionate about helping people learn what the Atlas Orthogonal Technique can do for them as well as teaching other doctors how to use the technique effectively.

Dr. Fiorini and his colleagues are quality providers and truly advocate for their patients. The doctors here are very knowledgeable about orthopedics and motor vehicle accidents and will go above and beyond to help you recover. Dr Fiorini, Dr. Cora and Dr. Atkinson have excellent bedside manner and really take the time to explain your plan of care and treatment. The front desk and therapy team are very sweet and efficient. As a fellow clinician, I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Atkinson is very patient and very detailed regarding my injuries from a car accident. I obtained a fast response for an appointment for his office and other facilities that I needed. AND THEY ARE ON TIME WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT! YOUR SCHEDULED, YOU ARE BEING SEEN AT THAT SAID TIME!!! Which is very important to me! The front office staff and technicians are very professional, patient, and have great personalities. They make you feel like you matter, and your concerns are answered. Started going here about two years ago after a few accidents messed up my back. From day one they told me they intended to treat me and someday releas me, and that’s what they did. I know not everyone has that privilege due to medical concerns, but they worked with me until both they and I felt it was good. They didn’t milk it.
Both chiropractors I saw have been very professional, kind and extremely effective. Both good Christian men, the staff are great as well and everyone there seems to care more about the client then the business. That really struck me.

Dr. Atkinson and the staff at Fiorini Chiropractic Center sincerely want to improve your quality of life. While immediate relief of symptoms was a priority, Dr. Atkinson was just as committed to identifying and correcting the true source of my pain. In just a few visits, I am feeling MUCH better! After only one adjustment, the tension in my head and neck were alleviated. I was also given the tools I need to reverse the problems caused by my own poor posture and sedentary lifestyle. One of the greatest chiropractor care I’ve been to. No long waits. The Doctors and Staff our very personalized with your visit. Very energetic environment, to be in. I recommend Fiorini chiropractor Center 10/10. They even have clean fountain water and snacks, who doesn’t love that.? After a long day at work you can’t ask for anything better than to get adjusted and stay hydrated. They are always a open minded bunch that will actually take the time to listen to you and your issues. They also keep everything sanitary, and with everything going on I still safe in there presence. Thank you Lord
