I purchased a used oriental wool rug and took it straight to Silk Road Gallery for cleaning before I even brought it in the house. I am grateful we have a locally owned small business that I could trust to do the job right! The price was entirely reasonable to have that work done, and everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and nice. They did such a great job cleaning it, the rug is prettier than I remembered! The gallery is full of amazing rugs, I am looking forward to looking through their selection when I'm in the market for my next rug.

We were delighted to work with Moe and Benny on the purchase and care of our 12' X 18' classic and beautiful rug. Moe brought us several to look at, but he already knew which rug would work - and he was so right. (When our friends came in to help move furniture back after the hard wood floor was installed and the rug was laid down, Moe positioned himself to catch the initial reaction of those coming to help. He was delighted with the exclamations and reactions to the rug:-)

Moe is so knowledgeable about rugs. I have taken 4 to him for cleaning and repair. Without hesitation he was able to tell me what country and village they are from and approximately how old they are. Does a beautiful job with cleaning and repairs and very reasonable. Great service and you'll be entertained by his stories!
