Services
From the time I made reservations to the time we left our stay was pleasant. We were able to visit so many surrounding areas within a 15 to 55 minute drive. We went to the Ark Encounter, visited Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY. When we just wanted to relax there were pleasant walks in the campgrounds, bluegrass music in the event hall and one camper even gave a concert of his original songs (great musician).
We utilize a dump station at the park exit which is FREE for guests, or we offer a honey wagon service for a small fee. RV Sites range from 40-80 feet in length, and each back-in site affords guests a view of our spring-fed streams and mature shade trees. Ultra-Primitive Hike Up Site $20.00 guests park in lot by Camp Office and hike along one of our trails to a predetermined flat spot in the woods.
Ready to reserve your trip? Please call (859)823-0258 or book online. Questions submitted below are answered by one of our Reservation Specialist within 24 hrs of submission. Many questions that camper's ask can quickly be answered by watching our 8 minute YouTube walk-through video of our park. This video shows 3 of our Rustic Cabin rentals inside and out, as well as one of our Deluxe RV rentals, The Montana.

While traveling south for the winter, we were flagged down and told we'd lost a wheel on our RV. Three Springs was the closest campground open with available sites. The owners told us where to find parts to make the repair. After securing a new wheel, tire, and lug nuts, we were able to continue two days later. They offered to assist if we needed any help and stopped often to check on us. Their kindness and concern were much appreciated. Yes, the access road is narrow and winding, but if careful, there is no problem getting to the campground. We will be back.

This is a pretty little campground set in a small valley in the woods. In Kentucky I believe that's called a holler. The sites have electric and water with a dump station on site. They also offer a honey wagon service for a small fee. If you stay a week you get one honey wagon service on the house. There are plenty of primitive tent sites and a few rustic cabins as well. There is a swimming pool. There are either 2 or 3 creeks running through the campground. There are also some hiking trails. The place is full of deer. I saw one really nice buck (12 maybe 14 points) on the road to the campground

Chris and Rachel were great. Make sure to arrive before 7. The drive up to the campground is tight, but doable. The campground was clean and well cared for. Extraordinary relaxing camp ground. Bath houses very clean. We enjoyed the walking trails (bring boots). The kids loved the streams (bring water shoes). If we are in the area again we will do it again.

My wife booked a 5th-wheel rental for Easter 2020 but had to reschedule due to COVID. She and I decided to go later, but I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the campground. It's convenient to get to off of I-75, but it's far enough off and in a little valley so you don't have the noise from the highway. The 5th-wheel we rented there had some minor issues caused by previous renters, but it was mostly cosmetic and not an issue for us. The staff was super nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. I hope to be back sometime!

Stuffed tight, as usual RV sights are. A patch of grass enough to put a lawn chair. If you stay by one of the creek crossing bridges you bet the foot traffic right through your little camp will be heavy, even from owner and employees and their kids every 10 minutes. They do have a short walking trail straight up hill then straight down. Bathhouse was clean. No ice, a few supplies, nothing to speak of. They do have wood for sale so your not to bring your own. Watch out for falling walnuts on your roof.

This campground did not live up to what the website portrayed. It is fairly well kept and quiet but there is nothing to do here. The bathroom/showers are fairly clean but keep running out of paper towels. You have to come in by a hilly, narrow road. You wouldn't want to meet another camper/RV rig on that road. The campsites are very small and close together, and you aren't allowed to put a rug down in the grass. The "fire pit" consisted of a spot of ground with some rocks around it. Also it wasn't stated that we could not bring our own firewood, (we did), but would have to buy some from the camp

Thank you, Three Springs Campground, for making our 35th wedding anniversary such a memorable one.
We enjoyed the comfortable and meticulously clean, dry air-conditioned cabin. I woke up well-rested without a sinus headache or stuffy nose like I get in EVERY hotel. Beds were very comfy.
The rest/shower room had plenty of hot water for showers with great water pressure. Sinks are clean and also have great water pressure. (I do wish the automatic lights stayed in a bit longer.)
Your grounds seem to be family friendly and pet friendly— in the designated areas. It’s great that you are accommodating

For state park campers, this probably isn't your ideal camp ground. So you have to rate this place for what it is. Quaint little privately owned camp ground, with water and electric hookups. Fine place to pit stop at and get a good night's rest. Sites are real tight, but campgrounds are decently maintained, and the staff is nice. Is this my go to campground for a week? No, but that's my preference on camping. Would I stay for a night or two while passing through, or spending my day at the Arch? Absolutely.
