My mother is an extremely hard person to please. She is 80 years old and can get frustrated easily. Chad and his team were not only able to do a FANTASTIC job Sanitizing, replacing all the removed drywall and painting, but was also able to satisfy my mom which is not an easy thing to do. Every time she called Chad to discuss the process, Chad himself answered the call and with a very calming nature about him, was able to answer all her questions each time she called with amazing patience.

ExactRecon promptly responded to my finished basement flooding this summer of ‘21. Its owner, Chad, was there right away with his workers armed with pumps, squeegees and drying fans. Chad described their work in detail, drained the basement and repaired the drywall damage caused by the leak. Als, importantly, Chad helped me prepare and file a successful home owners insurance claim.

Terrible company. Don't use Exact Recon as Chad will promise you he can do the job in a timely manner, even though he knows he can't He damaged my A/C system and "promised " 4 times to pay for the repair, he had no intention and will not return my phone, email or text messages. I have never conducted business with a more unethical person in my life.

Chad is awesome! I have had two minor flooding issues that didn't require his full services and he came over told me what to do and even loaned me his drying fans. This guy is awesome. He knows his stuff and cares about his clients. If I ever have an issue I will be calling ONLY him and I recommend anyone in Jackson county or Washtenaw county to do the same!
