You can arrange a bail bond by calling us at (203) 777-2245(BAIL). We will guide you through the process and get your loved one released as quickly as possible. Bail is the constitutional right permitting the release of a defendant from custody (by The United States Judicial Court). A bail bond is a written promise to the court ensuring that the defendant will appear at all court ordered appearances.
The fee for posting a bail bond is nonrefundable and must be paid in full upon the release of the defendant regardless of the disposition or length of the court case. Bail bond fees are mandated by the Connecticut Department of Insurance. Bail Bond Companies claiming to give discounts or reduced fees are not in compliance with 38a-660a of Connecticut General Statutes.
