I had to rent a U-Haul here on 7/21. It was a last minute decision to go there. The rep. that helped me didn't disclose the Safemove fee of $42! She merely told me to initial a box and emphasized it was to acknowledge that the cab/cargo box would be returned clean. I later learned that this fee was for additional protection (insurance). They did not properly disclose this insurance or give me an opt out! I called the store the next day and was told by another rep. "they automatically add this protection." I contacted the U-Haul Area Rep. (Angela) for this location and told her
