Services
While chiropractic directly addresses the nervous and skeletal systems, the muscular system also plays an important role in the healing process of the body. Neuromuscular massage therapy is an excellent adjunct to chiropractic care. The type of massage you receive in our office is different from that of other offices in that our therapists are trained to specifically target the area of the body that is causing the underlying issue.
We are proud to serve as the premier prenatal and pediatric practice in Forsyth County for over 12 years. Dr. Marchman is one of very few doctors in the area who is certified in the Webster Technique and she loves serving the pregnant moms and children of her community. The female body is amazing. It goes through many changes during pregnancy in an effort to create an ideal environment for the precious baby that is developing and growing.
Because of this, many moms in our office have seen improvements in their babies' sleep, tummy troubles, colic, breastfeeding issues, torticollis, ear infections, and overall immune function following chiropractic adjustments. It's the same reason adults report feeling better overall when they are under chiropractic care.
Professional athletes, student athletes, and weekend warriors have all experienced great benefit from chiropractic care. Chiropractic is utilized in nearly every sport across the country and there are many reasons why it is so heavily utilized. Dr. Marchman strives to keep our athletes on the field, in the game, and at their best.
Slight misalignments in the spine, called subluxations, can occur from something as serious as a car accident or from something as minimal as a twist or turn during a normal, everyday activity. Because nerves exit from every segment of the spine to supply all the organs, muscles, and tissues in the body, these subluxations cause issues in areas far removed from the spine.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Marchman and Essential Wellness Chiropractic & Massage during my pregnancy. I started going about halfway through and it really helped alleviate pain that I was feeling especially sleeping. It's great to continue going now with my baby! Dr. Marchman is so kind and I love how she explains what she is doing with my little guy and how everything all works together in the body. The office staff is also incredibly kind! Overall wonderful experience.

We love Essential Wellness Chiropractic! The office atmosphere is so relaxing and always smells amazing! I love that I can get my family of 5 in and out in 15-20 minutes! Dr. Marchman was especially great during my pregnancy and postpartum days - keeping the body aligned and those aches and pains away! The massage therapists are all amazing. It's not your typical relaxing massage, although if you want that, they'll give you that, but instead focusing on where your body needs the most work in terms of muscle tightness/expansion.

Dr. Marchman is the best! I've been seeing her since 2016 when I was pregnant with my son and I'm pretty sure she's the reason the labor was quick and easy! Now my husband and son also see her- we all feel better immediately afterwards. All of the staff are always super nice as well and scheduling is a breeze.

My 8 month old son has had torticolis since birth and Essential Wellness Chiropractor and Massage was highly recommended. Entering the office I felt very welcomed. Scheduling my sons first appointment by phone went very smooth and the front desk lady was very nice and easy to speak to. We saw Dr.Marchman and she was very informative on what I was to except for the visit.Really enjoyed our first visit! I will definitely be going back.
