I had some service work done at Serra Audi of Traverse City and Garthe Alderman handled the service work for me, I must say I have never had a more concerned service manager take of my 2015 Audi. He always greets the customer with a pleasant smile. He also called me later to ask if the vehicle is doing O.K. Serra is very lucky to have you!!

I love my Q7 and only want it to be maintained by the best. At my first service at Serra Audi of Traverse City they did a great job. Garthe contacted me before I arrived to make sure everything would be ready just in case any special parts would be needed. Then, when I arrived without even getting out of the car, I drove directly into their garage where I was met by the service manager, Garthe. My order was all written up before I got there and my loaner vehicle was ready for me in minutes. A few hours later they contacted me when my car was ready. Service was great and the car was cleaner than

I would ***HIGHLY*** recommend Eric to anyone considering buying a car. Throughout the process, I was very impressed by his honesty, attentiveness, and intelligence. Even in the strange, topsy-turvy world of Covid-19, he made it a very smooth, easy process to trade in my old car and buy a new Audi. I've owned a lot of cars over the course of my life, but this was easily the best purchasing experience I've ever had.
