My husband and I rented the 5 stall restroom trailer from Zuidema this past weekend for our wedding. They were spotless and beautifully done.
They were responsive and easy to work with. We were impressed with their delivery driver, he was overly accommodating and did his best to place the trailer exactly where we wanted it. He also took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked before leaving.
Zuidema will be our first call for any large events in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The people who answer the phone are friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman that came to my home was pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely felt like I was in good hands.
Since my experience with this company was positive, I decided to start using their portable toilet services for my roofing business. To no surprise, they are just as good as I hoped. Responsiveness is a great word to describe their service. I highly recommend this company! You won't be sorry.

The portable toilet service is inconsistant. They are supposed to service it once a week. Often they don't show up and when I called to ask for service, the answer was ' we will come in a few days' . I explained that we need the service urgently as there are multiple people working on site they hung up.

He took care of a very difficult septic cleaning. he found the problems in the new house that I had no idea where one of my covers was and why it wasn't working properly,. He showed me both problems and told me how they work and what I need to do to get them fixed. the man has been doing this for 17 years. He's an expert in this business and I let this expert do what he's an expert in and I got expert results.

The good news: driver showed up on time.
The bad news: destroyed all the plant life above and around the septic tank opening. I told him to "peel" the soil/plants back, but he hacked away at it and killed most of it. The previous time I used this company the driver did the clean-out with minimal damage but this time it took me a hour to clean-up his mess (and it will take a year or two to grow back what was killed). My advice: use this company if you want to, but expose the tank top yourself if you want it done right.

Do not use these people..they do not stand behind their work. we got our system pumped out 6 months ago and we just had an inspection and we were told it is merky and looks like it needs another pump out..also cover was not on correctly. We called them several times to come fix the cover and check their work and they refused..nobody checks their septic system..we just happened to be diligent and got it done before inspection and low and behold..it was not done properly..they were rude, unresponsive and ultimately will not come out to fix their mistake...beware!!!!!!

When we purchased our home 17 years ago, we were given a letter from David Zuidema Spetic Service, Inc, stating that a "visual and probing inspection" was completed at our property and they were "unable to locate or detect a tank in the ground". We are selling our house now and the buyer's inspector discovered that there is indeed a septic tank still on the premises. Please watch out when you see them around your house.
The driver's drive carelessly directly on your property if they want access to the portopotties for service.
They did damage to my property and first when I called I spoke with Melvin ( also sent pictures ) he told me the damage would be fixed. Today another Melvin called me and said the damage will not be fixed because from the picture they don't think it was their truck ( I have a surprise for them ) .
How many Melvin's are there ?

When we moved in to our new house in 2007, we assumed that it was connected to town sewer. When water started backing up through a toilet in our powder room, we realized that the original plumber that put in the plumbing pulled a fast one. Apparently, our sewer is connected to a septic tank buried under a driveway of our neighbor.
