Just as the body naturally gravitates towards growth, healing, and health when ill or injured, so does the mind and spirit strive for congruence, balance, and wholeness. Mind, body, and spirit are viewed as inseparable, integrated facets of the whole person, and so, for true healing and growth to occur, and to reach our greatest potential, all aspects of the whole person must be taken into account and addressed simultaneously.
