They did my Survey for my house, a year ago. Now I need a copy of it and as a first time buyer not knowing were to ask I call them to ask if they provide a copy of it, the men on the phone could not be more rude and disrespectful buffing and telling me I should only to ask for it, Well I was trying if you did not talk over me. Rude as rude can be.

One year later and I needed a new survey, so I called a few companies and with covid their eta was 4 months. I was so happy to find Lakeland and their time was within 2 weeks.
They came out twice because I did give them full access which showed their initiative to do business .
Dave was great, diligent, hospitable and accurate.
Thank you Lakeland, I will see you again whenever it is needed again.

I had a survey done in September for a land variance associated with my property. Lakeland Surveying was not only the best priced option, but they came out immediately when everyone else was telling me 3-4 week lead times.
6 months later I’m finally using the survey for the variance and they’ve been more than accommodating to send necessary copies.
Highly recommend.
