If you can avoid this place, please do. Why? Imagine buying any brand of car (take your pick), then going to a dealer who tells you they will NOT service your vehicle (which is under warranty) because you did not buy the vehicle from them.

My husband called and asked for a part. Jay said that they had it in stock. He drove to Mt. Pleasant -about 20 miles. It was the wrong part. There was a man sitting and listening to the conversation. My husband told the man that he had the wrong part. His response, "It happens. I am not perfect". My husband went back to the counter and asked for the manager. The individual pointed to man who just made the comment.
This was the manager!! This man needs some training in dealing with customers. No apology for the wrong part... just a smart remark!!

Terrible service. We live in east tawakoni so thats 68 miles from where we live to bring them our business. We dropped our boat off early January for minuscule warranty items and our first service. I finally picked my boat up on February 13 with NO WORK DONE. I nor my husband ever got a call or an update we had to call them. I realize that it takes time for some things (this is not our first boat AND my husband is a service director and I’m a warranty admin for automotive) but I fully expect communication from someone. Regardless if the service person is sick for two weeks or not. After speaking

The whole place is a joke. I will never set foot in that dump. My 4 wheeler was denided repairs so they took the motor apart in hundreds of pieces and I brought it home in boxes. The so called lady that works at the window in the service department is the biggest liar I've ever met. If I was in the market I would definitely shop elsewhere.

Great customer service!
My bike broke over the summer. I had it in a different shop for repairs but the work never got done. I brought it to Sam at Momentum and told them the story. I said do your own diagnostics then fix it accordingly. They got the issue sorted out quickly and WAY less than the other shop.
Hands down I’ll be back to see Sam and her service guys (I can’t remember their names but they’re great!)

I called Momentum Motorsports and spoke to their repair shop, asked the question; do you work on 18 year old Yamaha Waverunners? The answer was yes, bring them in. So I brought them in to their service area and spoke to the lady at the window and asked if she new how long it would be before we might get an idea as to what's wrong with the two waverunners and get an estimate, she said it would be a couple weeks because they are pretty backed up this time of year, I said know problem just call me so I know the cost. We decided to buy a couple of new Yamaha Waverunners after renting them on vacation. Because of a great year there were not many left to sell! Collin spent several hours with us explaining options and which ones would work best for our family. Them he went above and beyond to find us one he didn't have in his inventory. We are going home with 2 new jet skis and couldn't be happier! Jay and Collin are wonderful to work with! Thanks guys for everything!!

Paid cash for two jet ski's, two sea doo moters crafts and did not even fill them up with gas. A free cap... hmmm. I think they could do better business with ppl. You pay cash for something you should get something like cozies caps ect. Or throw in a couple life jackets. Not pleased. The owner is who we delt with. He said it dont matter if you make payments or not. Well hell the plumbing supply in ss gives you note pads ,cozies, caps, Teflon tape. Thats just an example. But we did get all that from plumbing place just for buying pipe. So js. Next time fill thier stuff up with some gas. Jeez dont

We were ready to buy a jet ski and had cash in hand, and the guy said he sold 19 and didn't need to sell anymore!!! Seriously, I'm glad business is good because you won't get ours in the future. I know other shops will happily take our money. Plus, your orange and bubble gum colored ones left were ugly. Too bad the sales guy didn't know we were wanting a 4 wheeler, too. Glad your business is doing so well and you don't need us. Happy trails!
