I manage several properties and never could trust traditional pressure washing. With the heat and humidity it was a challenge to keep up with the mold etc. I tried Pinnacle and was pleasantly surprised. No high pressure washing. They cleaned the sides of the houses and roofs with no damage. Not even our plants were harmed.
