They did an excellent job on my formal dress. I really recommend this place if you need your dress or suit done and need it by a certain time. Even though our name changed, we still provide basic sewing services, such as mending, hemming, and zipper replacements. Same-day rush delivery is available upon request, and corporate accounts are offered pickup and delivery services.

I opened my own company, Cinderella's Bridals. We offered retail/custom bridal gowns and custom costuming. After 3 years of success, we had to close the shop due to flooding. Each garment is personally tailored from a custom-made pattern according to the individual client. From lapel style to pant design, every detail is discussed to find your perfect look. Steubenville Tailorings features 500 fabrics per season, 90 beautiful jacquard linings, 38 buttons, and 70 thread colors.
Steubenville Tailorings and Alterations is the Ohio Valley's destination for your complete tux rental needs. We also offer tuxedos, vests, coats, suits, shoes and shirts for purchase as well. In addition, we offer for purchase toddler tuxedos, suits or pant sets. We have a variety of ties and bowties, cummerbund, suspenders, and formal jewelry.

Customer service was horrible. The lady was nice at first but then quickly turned rude when I expressed that I thought the jacket needed taken in some. Told me she couldn’t fix and would rather just refund me if I wasn’t happy ( i was it just didnt fit properly) came back the next day to return it and now all the sudden she can only give me half of my money back instead of the full refund because “she wasnt eating the cost cuz he changed his mind” he didnt change his mind, it didnt fit properly. Totally unsatisfactory and wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of customer service skills

This woman just had me drive an hour an half away from home to tell me that she couldn't Taylor a pair of pants for me she said wouldn't be an issue over the phone . I literally just asked for them to be brought in maybe an inch (two cuts and two swipes with a sewing machine) i would have gladly been overcharged for a simple job , good luck getting her to leave her desk

Cindy was wonderful to deal with. I had a couple of shirts that were too long and called them up to see if they could shorten them. I brought them in and she said yes of course. I got them back in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend. I definitely will be back in the near future. Thanks Cindy! Excellent work!

This lady is a very prudent businessperson. She is always sizing you up to see how much she can make off you. A lot of her business centers around measuring you, she sends the measurements out, some factory makes it, then she makes a big profit off it. I kinda think she feeds off the ignorance of the locals. Be sure to get a firm price from her, so she can’t send you a whopper of a bill, as others have found out. Another reason to shop in pittsburgh
