We met United Spas at Cal Expo in Sacramento at a State Fair. After vowing NOT to spend any money, we left the fair with a perfect spa for our small backyard. That has been about 2 years now. Recently, Courtney in Servicing emailed to remind us that our warrantee was set to expire soon and that it would be good to do a service soon. Contacting me on Saturday, I had an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday. This will be the 2nd servicing done by United Spas. I purchased a spa several years ago and needed a new cover. The first cover delivered was too big for my spa Elenor in customer service was quick to remedy the oversite and had the correct spa cover delivered the next day! Turns out the cover manufacturer put the wrong size in the box! Thanks for making it right so quickly!

My wife and I had the pleasure of stumbling onto United Spas Manufacturing. We had spoke to Elenore on the telephone who was professional, informative, and kind. We then met Jay who is absolutely wonderful and informative. We contracted with the suggested electrician, Zachary who is very knowledgeable, motivated, and hard working. We then had the delivery of our spa by Matt and Roberto. Both gentlemen were very polite, professional, and a pleasure.
