I have purchased several Wilkes & Riley (W&R) shirts and have found them to fit well at a very reasonable price. I have had shirts tailor made and the W&R shirts compare nicely! The Blue Piqu Polo shirt was exactly what I had hoped for - a well-fitted comfortable sport shirt from a bygone era. By "bygone era" I mean that as the highest compliment, a shirt perfect in every detail.

The quality, the material, just got them back from the dry cleaners before I wear them (light starch). I didn't even mind the extra cost for pockets. Have recommended your firm to several of my associates.

My experience is so similar to Craig S below. This company is a complete scam. I ordered a sport coat over two months ago and they processed my full credit card payment right away. I have attempted to contact them six times, three via email and three via phone, to determine the status of my order. I have received NO response. The one time I actually talked to the person who answered their phone, they promised to check on my order and call me back immediately. They did not and they avoided my return calls later that same day. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. Very unscrupulous

I can't comment on this firm's products because I never received my order. Now over 5 weeks after I placed an order for a sports coat and shirt I 've yet to hear from W&R despite 3 emails and 4 phone messages to their "customer service" dept. I did receive a confirmation of my order right after posting it but that's the last I've heard from them other than a charge to my CC which they made without providing me with product or response to my inquiries. I made a complaint to my CC Co. who have credited my account to offset the unscrupulous charge. They evidently

Don't order online! The item you want isn't in stock. Your credit card is charged the moment the order is placed. A month later, you're asked about a substitution for something you don't want. After telling them no, I waited another month and several phone calls all to no avail. I turned it over to my credit card company to get a resolution. This is the 4th time I've had this happen. The first two, I took the alternative, but wasn't really pleased. The second two I declined the replacement. Same thing- had to get my card company involved to get a refund.

I have been a customer for several years and am very disappointed with their level of service recently. They do not respond to customer service inquiries, and do not have the basic courtesy to give you a status update on your order when it has been delayed for over 30 days. I'm taking my business elsewhere going forward.

I'm 6'2", 190 lbs and ordered 3 shirts online in "slim fit". I hoped they would fit like a Bonobos slim or tailored fit since most "regular fit" shirts I've bought are HUGE but upon receipt, they were so big I could have fit two of myself inside. It was like wearing a potato sack. I can get past that, shirt fits can vary and they just wouldn't be the brand for me.

I'm not complaining about their products, however I'll never spend another dollar with Wilkes and Riley. I now know that they take up to 30 days to refund your money after a product has been received at their end. To be fair, I did read (after the fact) that this policy is written somewhere on their website. This is a terrible policy, and one that isn't customer friendly. I waited a full month for them to credit $597 from a returned suit, and they never communicated with me during the process. I never even received an email verifying

I have been getting MTM suits for a while and was tired of paying the high prices. Yes, the suits are great but my clothier had recently raised the prices and I wanted to try something else. I read an article about Wilkes and Riley and I wanted to see what they were all about and I was very impressed. Steve and Neal were attentive and new exactly what would work. I was very surprised at how well their suits fit me off the rack. These suits are made in Italy full canvas, have pick stitching and working sleeve buttons which is basically what a custom suit would have but at a fraction of the price
