Kelly Neaves, owner of Cinci Makeup, is a Cincinnati makeup artist providing experienced beauty services to all of Kentucky and Ohio. Kelly grew up in the Cincinnati area, but moved west to attended the prestigious Los Angeles School of Make-up Art. By working closely with masters in the make-up industry, she eventually earned a Journeyman's Certification of the highest honors in the beauty industry.

Kelly did makeup for my wedding and was absolutely amazing!! She was so accommodating throughout the planning process and executed my vision perfectly. On the day of, her and her partner did 11 girls in less than 3 hours and made all 11 of my girls feel absolutely beautiful. Every single person loved their makeup and was raving about it all day. I used Kelly’s services for my bridal makeup for my girls and me on my October wedding day this year. I recently had a consultation and makeup lesson with Kelly in her studio and it was a wonderful experience. Kelly has exceptional instincts for her craft. Kelly did an outstanding job on everyone's makeup in the bridal party! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and the makeup lasted all day! I have complicated skin (oily and dry in some areas) and the makeup she used was flawless. It was light and did not feel as though it was caked on my face, yet still dramatic enough to show up in the photos! She was amazing at collaborating timelines, reliable and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look their best on their wedding day. Thank you so much Kelly!
