I have gone to Rainbow Muffler for a few different issues on my car and each time they have provided me with multiple options for repair. For example, I brought my car in because it was making a sound. This place is a joke they dont even try to make it right bad service go to get muffler fixed end up happening to need a cadalllaic converter to because someone ther cut mine off with a saw I dont think a crack head is walking a round with a saw in the pocket but it was on my van when I drop it off n get told oh mayb a crackhead did it what happens on your property to customers vehicles is your responsibility not the customers they need to make it right with me I'm make a police report about it I'm going to do this right

While traveling with our motorhome we started to loose power. I suspected the catalytic converter was bad. Pulled off the interstate and called a few local Ford dealers. Each said that the converters were on at least a two week backorder. Also said that even if they had the part, they would not work on the RV. Did a search for muffler shops in… Maple Heights, Ohio, which is where we were, and found Rainbow Muffler. It was near to us so I called and asked if they could help me out. The gentleman said bring it in and we can take a look at it. We limped our way to the shop and immediatley someone

A couple of days ago my car was down I didn't have any my rack and pinion my everything was messed up on my car $1,500 worth of work the guys at the front desk tall slim dude with the beard help me out so much I can't believe it he told me about their credit program with SNAP where they help finance and I can not have to pay out that much money in… my pocket I was so relieved that place is the best they do the best work and they really help people they really try to help you if anybody has a car I would approve for you to go to Rainbow Muffler they're the best the one on West 130th I don

On 1-19-2018 (Friday) at 830 am I went in to have my car diagnosed due to an oil leak. Around 1030 am they found the issue, a small hole in my oil pan. On my Camry it’s a pretty easy fix, drop the exhaust, and remove miscellaneous bolts. They said it’ll be around $300 and a 2-3 hours to fix it. I gave them permission, and they got to work. As this… was my only car at the time, I was forced to wait in the shop until the work was completed. Noon comes around and I get an update that they’re still waiting for the part to my car, the oil pan had already been disassembled before
