Since 1991, Kennedy Brothers Auctions has been providing outstanding estate services, from collections to appraisals. Our team also conducts an auction twice a month every other Tuesday where we offer some of the items that we have collected from various estates. Aside from being certified estate specialists (CES), we have been working as licensed real estate agents since 2001.

Services
Kennedy Brothers Auctions has been buying and selling estate contents, such as antiques, art, collectibles, jewelry, and more, since 1991. Our certified estate specialists offer verbal appraisals in person as well as through detailed photographs and information. No matter what your reasons are for getting an appraisal, we will give you the support you need.
Our gallery at Kennedy Brothers Auctions covers 8100 square feet and seats as many as 120 people. We hold our auctions every other Tuesday, offering everything from estate items to antiques and decorative artworks. We are always looking for consignments that are in excellent condition, whether they be single objects or a full estate.
Our team at Kennedy Brothers Auctions will assist you with your property appraisal needs. We will look at your objects as well as measure and photograph them. Our appraisers will then come up with an opinion of each item's value based on research of comparable objects within the most appropriate market.
Kennedy Brothers Auctions offers full estate liquidation services, including on-site auctions. If you prefer, we will also auction off your whole estate or specific items on-site or at our auction house. Our certified estate specialists have more than 30 years of experience in the industry and can discuss the process of each of our estate services with you from start to finish.

Kennedy Brothers Auction Services was suggested to me by a local antique dealer. This was one of the best experiences I could have imagined. Brett Kennedy came over and explained how the estate auction worked. He and his friendly crew arrived on the dates agreed to photo, catalog and later post the different lots for the online auction, run the preview day and finish up the pick-up days. Kennedy Brothers has a large clientele that appreciated what we had to offer. Brett Kennedy is professional, outgoing and knows his business and brought the auction to a roaring successful end. We have been going to the Kennedy Brothers estate sales for several years, and we like the variety of each sale week to week. The prices are well in range of other local estate sales --with a great bonus-- the friendliness of the Kennedy family! Even when they are very busy they take a moment to greet shoppers and are happy to answer questions.
We've never been auction goers, but recently made plans to see what we think of auctions with the Kennedy family! Maybe we will see you there!

As an adult, I had never been to an auction. But I had such a great experience here that I go back all the time. You can find really great deals and unique items - I’ve furnished a good deal of my house for way less than I would have anywhere else, and with quality, cool pieces. Everyone who works here is wonderful. They are great to do business with - fair, friendly, and fun. Highly recommend going even (especially) if you’re new to auctions. But get there early, because parking can fill up!

Blake Kennedy has our genuine thanks and gratitude for all that he has done for us. We had such a profitable night of fundraising at our annual "Faces of Philanthropy" gala event and we couldn't have done it without him!
