It's a scam. They will take your service fee, cancel booked limo service a couple of hours before the rental period without telling you, they won't provide a limo company with your credit card, and will keep the service fee. Will be filing a claim with bank and PayPal.
Their credit card that they provide to a limo service gets declined and is under the name of a person "owning" limoscanner and a Russian travel agency registered in the Philippines.
They make money by keeping a service fee. Don't use this scam.

I recently reviewed them on TripAdvisor. They didn't like the review and contacted me by text message which is against Tripadvisor policy. They
asked me to remove the negative review since they had refunded me.
At the time I wrote the review they had only PARTIALLY refunded me.
After I revised and posted the second review, suddenly Tripadvisor sends
me an email saying:
"We noticed that your review appears to contain an allegation of fraud. Please be aware we do not post comments containing reports of fraud. However, we do take accusations of fraud seriously and would appreciate you using

Imagine the picture in mind. It's 11 pm on the prom day and everyone is starting to get bored from dancing and drinking the whole night. So, you know, how it always goes. Everyone starts to go home and there is no fun left for the night. And then, I have got an idea to order a limousine to make the night unusual and fun, which is why I contacted the limoscanner service. All of our friends were pleased with the variety of options available, as well as the excellent service. We ordered a white limo and were surprised by the comfortability of the trip. Would definitely recommend this service
