The first year I stayed there it was good no problems then I renewed and there were so many problems. I was 4 months pregnant and my air kept going in and out it would work like 2 days then it we be out for almost a week. It took them to take something off once I spoke with corporate. I also sent an email to the office to send to corporate and they never received it. Also the leasing manager has a very bad attitude and the parking is horrible visitors have to park on the street we’re there is barely anywhere to park due to the Baylor students. I just wouldn’t recommend anyone to move into these

BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE. I'm usually a easy going person, I try not to complain a lot but living here was an absolute nightmare. I had neighbors who constantly smoked in there apartment and I would end up smelling it in my place. Not only that, management accused me of smoking inside my apartment after I brought it to there attention. i don't even smoke!
I rented during covid when it first started, the apartment they showed me on the virtual web was nothing like the apartment I got. My apartment had ac problems all the time, shelves were broken, ceiling tiles would fall, and parking was a nightmare

Absolutely HATE IT HERE!!!! The managers are extremely rude and unhelpful!! They recently enforced a new rule that if your car doesn’t have a parking sticker on it it’ll get towed at your expense. I SPECIFICALLY went into the office to get a sticker to put on my rental car. The sticker was CLEARLY on my car and still towed it over night!!! Don’t live here!!

I called to check prices and it was very unwelcoming. They put out an add for "reduced pricing" and whoever I spoke with gave me the regular pricing. She was very short with her responses as if I was bothering her by calling. I wanted to tour today but i changed my mind after the call. I would have loved to move here but if the leasing office isn't respectful and inviting the entire property is bad in my eyes.

#thevillagecondominiums so get this middle of the day on a Saturday at a place where there is no assigned visitor parking I came for at most an hour to pick up some things up from a resident and come to find out they quickly towed our vehicle away needless to say that is extremly unnecessary especially for a parking lot that has hardly any vehicles...... I attached the pictures so you can see it. now I’m having to pay 300$ and a ride to get my car back I want my money back for one but they also owe it to the residents here to have assigned visitor parking within the complex. I will be following

Had a tour of the actual unit in the morning and Aimee was very nice and accommodating. We said to her that we were just checking the place and the unit. For its price, its really great but the deal breaker for us was the upstairs. We really wanted a 1 floor - floor plan but sadly, all were occupied. Then called her afternoon told her that we found another apartment. And she responded very well. If only they have a single floor plan, that would be great. And by the way, we like her energy!

I have not had much interaction with management, but the few times I have, they have been very nice and addressed my needs adequately. One of the few properties that have a gated parking lot and is not outrageously expensive, but still high-quality spacious units. My only complaints are that I wish the pool would get cleaned more and that the outdoor lighting be fixed since it has been awhile. Other than those minor issues, I feel safe and comfortable here and would recommend to other college students for cheapish place close to the University.
