We are a full-service Nail Spa offering manicures, pedicures, teeth whiting, waxing, lash services and the very latest in nail application and polish techniques. We have over 21 years of service in the spa industry.
During the design process and building of the salon, we had our client's comfort and experience in mind. We have installed 14 premium Stiletto Spa chairs equipped with a massage system each with its own hand held controls. Also installed are custom 50 cfm fans with ventilation that directly exhausts to the outside of the building.

Do NOT try to use your Groupon they will not honor it. It is a tricky scam they use to get your business because once they have finished the service and you go to pay they find a reason not to honor it. I followed all the rules listed and had a Groupon for a mani pedi and because I added a shellac polish which I was willing to pay extra for they told me I could not use the Groupon at all. I walked out of there having to pay $93 for my service that I essentially was planning on already being covered (minus the additional shellac charge). It's a shame because the tech did a good job on my nails

Worst nail service. What a waste of my $65. NEVER going back again. Crooked nails. Polish all over, uneven shapes on all nails, none match, could care less if I complained about the pain & rough sanding down on the acrylic. Worst salon experience. They could care less I see. I should have never stopped here. I should have just went home & waited til Monday to go to a so I like. So lame. Just ugly service.
Easy money for you all to take from clients for what you charge but this kind of service will bite you back. It's better to do by right.

My friend recently got her nails done here (Jeness Rayna) They completely did a HORRIBLE job! I do not RECOMMEND getting your nails done here! As you can see on the reviews the owner doesn’t know how to accept her horrible service!😆 (Ladies if your planning on your nails looking good I recommend doing them yourself! ☺️)

The people were nice.. but the lady who was doing mine was obviously in a rush. It only took her 20 minutes and it shows. I wanted an ombré and I pretty much got half white and half pink with no blend. She cut my skin with her drill and she put the top coat on and sent me off. Didn’t use cuticle oil or anything. Didn’t feel welcome, weird stares from all the employees. I feel as if this nail job was personal and did on purpose, because this lady had just done another girls nails and they looked great. Who knows. Maybe just not the place for me.

If I could zero stars I would, literally the worst nails ive ever gotten before. The shape is so different from all the other nails and they didn't even file the edges so I could literally slice tomatoes with them. The paint was so horrbile. They couldn't even do basic French tip. I'm so mad about it, and they pricing was outrageous for what I got. I've been to many nail salons before and I've never had this kind of experience. I would highly recommend not going to them. I'm sorry but it shouldn't even be an establishment

Very very disappointed with the professionalism and quality of the service. I've gotten my nails done better for cheaper elsewhere and expected more for what I had to pay. I honestly could've done a better job myself. 0/10 would not recommend👎🏻

I have been a faithful customer for almost 2 years. About a month ago I had an appointment for a new full set. When I arrived I was told by one of the owners daughters that no one was there to help me
So I needed to come back another day. At that point I went somewhere else. Two weeks later I went in for a fill and the owner asked if I had gone somewhere else

Update: one week later and almost every single one of the nails in my $90 set has fallen off. i’m really really disappointed. the people are nice but there is no consistency of quality. huge waste of money. the polish came off after two days so i had to repaint it myself.
i love secret nails !! i always go to get full set acrylics with designs and the woman who does them is AMAZING !! she kills it every time and she is sososo good at replicating the design i want. i won’t go to any other salon in town !

Great location off of exit 10 by Sonic burger on Telegraph. The place is clean, has a great selection of nail designs and colors to chose from. The staff is very Friendly.... willing to help select the right color for your mani or pedi. They also do Gel nails n acrylic along with having a great selection of gel nail colors or just regular polish.
I recommend Secret Nail Spa if it's just for a regular day at the spa or for a special occasion....either way they will look fantastic!

Came from out of town ( California) to Utah for work training . Was in need of some self care today . Saw this lovely place ! Came in with no appointment! Didn't wait long ! I got the classic mani & pedi . The young lady who serviced me ( Ashley ) was so kind & sweet ! She took her time on my toes and gave me the most perfect shape that I hope i can keep up ! If I lived out here this would be my go to place ! I highly recommend wether you live out here or not ! Nice and clean space ! They will take care of you ! I took my daughter for a mani pedi. They took so long to get to us even though I made an appointment. My daughter kept asking if they would ever get to us. My gel pedi still shows brush strokes in the polish and it looks messy around the edges. My daughter's manicure had peeled off entirely before she even went to bed that night. They acted annoyed that she wanted a little design, and of course charged me more for it and then it was gone by that night. I won't go back.

Unfortunately this was the worst pedicure I've ever had. She would have been done in 20 minutes if I hadn't asked her to actually file my nails evenly. Massage was almost non-existent. She did scrub with the exfoliater gel so long that I thought she was going to take the skin off. No cuticle remover, the "hot" towel was barely warm, and the quick massage that I did get was after she had painted my nails, so she had to reach around my toes to try and get to my legs. I'd avoid this place at all costs!

girl that did my bfs pedicure ripped half of his toe nail off, he bled out. they had to have another lady come put a liquid to stop the bleeding & finihed off his pedicure without an apology or even a clear coat of polish!!!!! & we paid $50 for his pedicure & callus removal that they barely even did... would not recommend

Let's just start from the beginning. We were in St. George for my wedding that was Nov. 28th. My sweet dad got a Groupon for myself and my sisters to get our nails done. My mom came along too.
The Groupon itself was $135 for three manicures and three pedicures.
When we arrived we said "we have a Groupon" to this the guy replied "okay please wash your hands before we get started". To any sane person, that response would mean we could use the our Groupon....
Flash forward to them actually doing our nails, the experience started our alright but it quickly became obvious

I usually done my nails in Las Vegas. But, because im going out of country on monday so i decided to try this place to do pedicure. The service was not that good with the money that i paid. I usually paid lesser than what i charged today! I always do my nails and this is the first time ever that im not happy. I can hold pain, but bad result is a no no. I didn't say it when i was there cause i will feel bad to the girl that did my nails. Also i got no time for it. Im just so sad that i will go on vacation with bad toes
