What a great guy running the place, he's a Vietnam Veteran, and a Wounded one at that. It's awesome to even meet an American like that, but his attitude was so helpful and nice. We've been there several times already, and are really looking forward to going back when more plaques are needed. They do an EXCELLENT job at a GREAT price. THANK YOU!!!

I needed a small sign made. Dropped off the sample and he was going to have my new one ready to pick up in 3 days. Went back to pick it up and as he was giving it to me he noticed a small flaw in the metal. He asked if I could wait a minute and he went back and made me another one.

I've used Bay County Trophies (Lucas Trophies) many times and they have always been great. But my last experience was not good. I needed an engraving for a farewell party and planned ahead, I sent the verbiage via email with a word doc attachment and put it in the message body, a week ahead of time. I called right after sending to ask if they got it and they had. We discussed the required time frame and agreed on a pick up time.
