While they may not be perfect they offer many more years of family fun, and the "smiles per dollar" on these RVs are extremely high. I bought a used RV for 93,000 dollars, and the sales portion was great, however the after sales portion was very disappointing. I drove 425 miles from Reno, NV to Boise, ID to purchase my unit, and drove it back to Reno Nevada the next day. I was told I had a "30 day warranty" on the unit, and chose not to purchase the "extended warranty". I wasn't told that the "30 Day Warranty" was in house only. We visited Bretz when looking for an entry into RVing. After it was said and done it was very apparent that this organization is motivated to move units and up-sell at every opportunity. We did end up purchasing a travel trailer and had spent much more than we anticipated. This is likely our fault in being naive buyers.

DO NOT GO HERE. WORST SERVICE I've ever experienced. Bought a new car so I could get a tow package installed and tow behind my motorhome before I moved to a new state. Called the parts dept 2 months before my moving date to discuss details, guy told me it would be no problem and to just give him 4-6 weeks to order parts. Once I received a delivery date for my new car, I attempted to call parts multiple times with no return, so I went to the dealership in person. This review is based on the service dept., the sales dept was real friendly when taking our money for a new 5th wheel last year. Through the year we've had maintenance issues, all of which were warranty. Each time, I've never received a call to find out it's ready. When you call, you're met with attitude. This time we had 3 issues and were waiting on a new converter to be delivered for installation, going on 3 weeks now. I called today and was informed that the converter was delivered to Bretz on last Thursday. No one in service worked Friday-Monday and was told "MY"

We purchased a preowned motor home from them and they hard sold us into getting the appliance insurance which we later found did not pay for much of anything. We only had the motor home for a week when we found out that the windows leaked and the sink leaked. They were supposed to get it in and do the repairs under their 30 day warranty but they had the motorhome for a month and did not fix anything. They also tried to charge us for the work under the sink as it was not under the warranty. It was but they had to have it okayed by the service manager.

I bought a trim kit in Boise for 8.95. Was told they only had 1 in stock, but the Nampa store had 2. So i stopped by the Nampa store and they wanted to charge me 12.95 for the same part. 50% mark up when it's the same company? The sales guy tried to explain it away as if it was no big deal. What a bunch of crooks. Looks like I'll be buying from someone else next time.

We were blown away with every person who took care of us at Bretz. We were referred to Dewey to show us our beautiful 2019 Cougar. Dewey was an amazing representative of great salesmanship and knowledge of product. (and just think he’s a great guy!) We appreciate the amount of time and care he gave to us throughout the process! DO NOT purchase your RV, Trailer, or Boat from Bretz. I reached out for a certain RV and then was made to feel like Nate was bending over backwards to help us out. He was certain per our phone conversation that it was so easy to switch and it's no big deal, blah blah blah. After buying a brand new $30,000 2020 trailer last May, the service we received was inexcusably HORRIBLE. It started with a crazy high interest rate that would only be proposed by someone who thinks they can step all over people and take their money like they're naive or stupid. The camper also had a faulty light. After we discovered a leaky water pump that was never pressure tested before being sold, we mysteriously got a call saying they will lower the interest rate. We had an incredible experience at Bretz in Missoula. We purchased a second Tiffin Allegro Bus from Bretz thanks to our incredible Salesman Brian Leon and Master Tech Daniel. We tried to buy locally (in Utah) but no one could come close to price and overall sales experience.. We were picked up at the airport and given a rental car. We spent a couple nights there on site to ensure all was running properly. Our punch list was done on time and thoroughly! Thank you to all who assisted us!

Hard to know where to begin for a "Class Act" place like this. We had a trailer problem traveling on I-90. Stopped in here and they moved things around to get us in. They could not have been more friendly and sympathetic. Matthew Blattie in Service was beyond friendly and accommodating. He could not have been kinder or more helpful if he tried. The entire time our trailer was being looked at all of the Sales Staff also were being so kind and helpful. Did not matter to them that we were not buying. I drove my 2008 Airstream Classic all the way to Missoula from Bozeman to get a number of things done because they are an Airstream Dealer listed on Airstream's website. There were a number of red flags from the jump. They wanted to know my "budget" for every single repair I asked them to look into... why would they ask for a budget???? I want the work done for a fair price. They said it would be $189 to have them look at it and get an estimate.

We drove 2 hours to shop for an RV in Missoula. After spending several hours looking, we liked one, but wanted to leave to get food for my pregnant wife and talk it over. In order to "draw up numbers" they needed a copy of my license which I reluctantly handed over. 2 hours later and 5 demands for my license to be returned, we still hadn't had it back and were essentially stuck there. After being worn down with offers and counter offers we signed an intent and were finally given my license back. Hours later my wife went into labor 10 days early.
