I was at your venue for a birthday party. I came in and checked my daughter in so she could play. My daughter and myself were both wearing flip flops and nothing was said to us. As we walked out on the mat the girl started yelling at us in front of all the parents saying “no shoes allowed and that we needed socks”.
She was extremely rude! This was our first time there and did not know. The young girl did not need to snap or be rude. It was rather embarrassing in front of all the other parents.
