I called Luis on Christmas afternoon for stoppages in both our toilets. He was willing to come out on the holiday but it was dark and raining so he offered 9-11 on Sunday. Luis is awesome!!! Woke up to a pool of water around toilet upstairs causing leaking from the ceiling downstairs. We called and he was able to come out almost immediately. He changed out both parts of the toilet tank and now it won't be running continuously anymore. He's very nice and knows exactly what he's talking about. Wore a mask and shoe protection. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area! My grandma and I are so relieved it was able to be fixed so fast.

Luis is prompt and professional. He diagnosed multiple drain issues for me and suggested a few things that will avoid future problems. I would recommend him for any plumbing-related issues. I also wanted my water heater flushed, Luis examined the unit and recognized it as possibly being part of a recall. I will call him back once I contact the manufacturer and confirm. One of our kids threw potato skins down the garbage disposal which then clogged the pipe to the kitchen sink. Explaining what happened and what was going on, Luis knew and had an idea of what needed to be done. Lucky for us, he was able to fit us in to his schedule. I called LM Plumbing to get a quote on replacing my Mom's sewer line after I had Rotor Rooter come by the same day to unclog the sewer line. Rotor Rooter was unsuccessful at unclogging the sewer line but then tried to upsell me on a high pressure water clean out, then replacing the sewer line. When I spoke with Louis at LM Plumbing and I explained the situation with Rotor Rooter. He said, he could unclog the sewer line in 20 minutes which he did. My Mom is elderly, per Rotor Rooter, the cost of installing a new sewer line of 55 feet was going to cost $11,000 to replace. I was glad that I called
