If I could give this business zero Stars I really would, staff is super unprofessional. Tell you one rate over the phone and then after providing service they will charge you double. I wouldnt use this towing company even if it was the last option I had. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Called for a car towing on a busy Gator game night. I waited for about half and hour before I left the car as it was getting dark. The lady I spoke told me that they would call once up car was dropped off at a new location but I didn't get a call. When I called to check in about the tow later that night around 10pm, the lady I spoke with was abrupt and rude. It was difficult to hear her so I clarified something that she said "yes, Jesus". When I wanted to thank her and I appreciate the service, she said cut me off and basically hung up on me.

I woke up to a flat tire in Gainesville, lovely. I thought this was going to be a mission but not at all. Elite sent someone within 30 minutes of my call - probably less - and the gentleman changed my tire to my spare in less that 15 minutes. Very professional and cautious. I highly recommend Elite towing. Thank you for making a bad situation feel not so bad.

Their customer service was great! Needed a car moved from Gainesville to Newberry, they are extremely reasonable with the price and they were very prompt. Jaime moved the car and he was very friendly and efficiently moved the car into the location we needed it. Would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My front brakes of my car locked up so I of course had to result to getting a tow truck. I put "towing" in my maps and went down the list of the nearest towing. I called SIX different towing companies and either they didn't pick up the phone or they wouldn't be able to get to me within the next hour and a half (mind you its 90 degrees outside).
Elite towing not only answered the telephone promptly and professionally but the tow truck came within 20 minutes. If I ever need to be rescued I know that Elite Towing is one call away. Thanks guys!

I found myself with a flat tire this morning and I had an important appointment around lunchtime. I tried to change the tire myself but I stripped one of the lug nuts and was unable to complete the change. I called Elite Towing and the dispatcher had someone over to the house within 15 minutes. The tire was changed shortly thereafter and I was able to be on my way with plenty of time to spare. I just wanted to express my great appreciation for a job well done which spared me of being under duress before my meeting.

My daughters car broke down while attending UF and they towed her car as requested but when the driver noticed another set of keys left on the passenger seat he called to inform us that the keys were left in the car. This is the type of excellent customer service that makes a company successful and the driver should be commended for taking the time and initiative to make sure she wasn't left without keys.
