I never look forward to dealing with these folks. A couple times a year I need CPAP supplies and I put off calling because they love to upsell ("you need all the pieces" ... "no, I don't - I just need the mask and filter") and, if you're not careful, you'll end up with more than you asked for and a larger amount due. When I call, I don't get a friendly voice at the other end - I get a somewhat disinterested voice. I don't sense the person at the other end is interested in customer service. The two people, who really knew their stuff and were anxious to be sure I got what I needed and nothing more

Went today to Grace Home Respiratory for a walker/rollator, looking for one with the larger wheels preferably 8” and had been arguing with insurance company and other companies trying to get this rollator for a few weeks. The gentleman that happened to come back from lunch while I was still there had only looked at prescription just before he went to lunch. Seeing me there he assured me that he would work on it and hopefully would hear of an approval before the end of the day. I called about 4pm and he had me come back and said he’d get me into the walker today and that’s what he did!!! Chris

I can't say enough good things about this business. I have moved twice since I started doing business with them and now I live more than an hour and a half away, but they are still the business I go to for my bipap needs. They work well with my doctors and myself and make sure that I get everything I need. They contact me when I need supplies - I don't even have to call them, just say "yes please".

Absolutely the BEST customer service from a DME store I have ever seen. They don't get much better than this place. Without a doubt SUPER business.....On Friday 4/9/2021 at noon called Grace that wife's oxygen concentrator was on the sick side....Chuck had a new one in place in 2 1/2 hours! This wasn't a local delivery it was delivered to Marshfield!! Talk about great service.

Pay close attention to your billing and document everything and everyone you talk to. This so called business needs to be investigated. I got the initial purchase price and they bill you and the insurance more than the purchase price. Spoke to Colin the billing person numerous times and admitted he dropped the ball with my many inquiries. He doesnt know what he is doing. then i was told the "owner" would call and never did. i was so furious i wanted to give back this overprice machine and then they said it was mine. so if anyone wants to buy a machine let me know...

My mother's experience of walking into your place of business today was unsettling. No one was wearing a mask which means no one was enforcing it and you're potentially spreading a deadly virus to your customers seeking medical supplies. And, an employee was not social distancing and walked right by her, again without a mask. Your name is Grace Home RESPIRATORY. The least you think you all would do is wear mask for all the customers who come in as well as social distance. The state has a mask mandate. DO IT. We will not be using your services and I recommend others don't either for their own safety

The prices are so high that your co-pay will be close to list price for equipment, so shop elsewhere and pay out of pocket if needed, it'll be cheaper.
They don't measure you to make sure anything fits, their business model is to keep selling you different over priced products hoping something works.
They also bill for each separate piece of equipment that normally comes as a starter kit so they can bill it at a higher cost.
Avoid this place at all costs.
