The front desk receptionist is so unprofessional that she make me waiting 3 times during my phone call for an appointment. Each time is a 2~3 min electronic music, followed by just ask one question, before I finish answer her, she plays me music again... If you are so darn busy and don’t care about customer service, then I will just find another PCP.

I called to make a pre op appointment and the front desk lady seemed very adamant about having me in on a certain date, which I was unavailable on. On the phone she agreed for the date I requested, then I showed up on that date and it turns out she actually booked the date SHE had wanted. I found that the front desk women acted super unprofessional over the whole ordeal, and I've never had a situation where a front desk worker forcefully booked a date I didn't request. The whole situation was just so awkward and I found a different doctor who hopefully has way more profession people working for
