I have been a State Farm Agent since 2007, and formally a State Farm Representative (1999-2006). I am married to my sweet husband of 36+ years and we have two wonderful children, both grown now. I am also a very proud grandma! I am not a great singer, but love to do Karaoke! I enjoy being a part of the Wasco community and treating Policyholders like my own family - with respect and care.

Ruth (and her associates) cares for her clients. She has responded to my insurance needs with concern consistently over the years she has been my agent. Recently she took “the bull by the horns” and followed up/followed through a FEMA situation which has SAVED me many years of having flood insurance on a property that is not in a flood zone. She’s superwoman in my eyes. I can’t thank her enough. Choose Ruth, she will look out for you. Good woman.

My family has had home/auto policies with Ruth since she took over the office several years ago. Having moved out of state in 2017, I switched to Farmer’s expecting the same level of service and dedication but it soon became apparent how truly fortunate we were to have Ruth as our agent. Ruth would personally touch base with us at least once, annually, to review our current policies and seek out any cost savings and/ or enhancements that made practical sense. Ruth and her team delivers and they do so with expertise and a certain hometown kindness that I have yet to find elsewhere. Thank you Ruth

Went to see if I can save money on my insurance by switching with State Farm from my old geico insurance. Definitely did just that, saving about 100$ a month with them. Everything was well explained and they seemed to care about helping me to get a good deal. Great overall experience , would definitely recommend going here.

My family and I have been with Ruth's Agency for 13 yrs. We have not had any issue with anyone at this agency or with State Farm.
That's how you know that they're professional.
I've been part of the Agency myself and our number 1 goal is to always make everyone our priority.
For personal circumstances I left the Agency but kept my business with Ruth.
If anything going on with our policies we are notified ASAP.
I don't mind who I work with, but I do rely in Jimmy, who has grown in knowledge and also has been really responsive when needed, even if he doesn't have the answer he always gets back

When I come into this store I never feel unwelcome! All of the staff is happy to assist you and they make sure they get to you as quickly as possible. I never have any issues getting a quote or making a payment it is all fast and easy! I feel I should personally commend Mariana Diaz as she always helpful and does stuff accordingly.
