Credit Unions of Utah held a food drive and donated it to credit unions throughout Utah. We loved being able to give away necessities to help provide some relief to some of our local. We have recently completed our review of the U.S. credit union Industry for Q1 2020 and identified the most and least Operationally Efficient and Effective institutions.

This is a small-town credit union in an isolated part of the country. As such, SJCU provides friendly, accessible, and personalized customer service. Tellers will know your face after a few visits, and will be able to guess the likely reason for your visit. I've also received excellent customer service over the phone, which is answered by a real human every time. You won't get this kind of service and personal attention from a large corporate bank, or a bank in a large city.

Poor customer service, poor member verification protocols, poor return call times, poor management of my HARD EARNED MONEY. And when you call them to "help" assist them with the way your account is handled, they get offended & have the nerve to tell you to be more respectful over the phone, when as a customer you are concerned with where your money is going, they should accommodate to me, not protect their incompetent "tellers". Thus far the WORST financial institute I have ever came across, they will be losing my business and of course I will be taking my interest on my vehicle loan I have with
