At Southern Surgical Arts in Tyler, TX, and Palestine, TX, our oral and maxillofacial surgeons are experts at restoring missing teeth with dental implants. By providing a permanent, secure foundation for your replacement teeth, dental implants allow patients to smile confidently and eat the foods they love, without worrying about inconvenient removable parts.
The exact length of your procedure will depend on the number of implants you receive. Usually, a single implant will take between 30 and 60 minutes, and multiple implants may take anywhere from one to three hours. The entire process of receiving implants usually takes two separate office visits: one procedure to place the implants and a follow-up visit to attach your permanent crowns.
At Southern Surgical Arts, our costs are competitive for Tyler, TX, Palestine, TX, and the surrounding regions. The price of dental implants can vary depending on the number of teeth being replaced, your insurance coverage, the need for additional procedures, and the type of anesthesia used during your procedure.

They made sure I was comfortable from the time I walked out to even now 2 weeks later. They’ve answered any questions I had and gave me great advice. Felt minimal pain after extraction and healing has gone very well. Dr Brian was my Durham and he was such a sweet caring surgeon and check on me the entire time. Honestly never have a better experience than I did at this location I recommend to everyone for any oral procedures!

They are amazing. I was anxious about having my impacted wisdom tooth removed, but Dr. Brian Stone and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable right away. During my consultation, Dr. Stone walked me through everything and addressed all of my questions/concerns. I decided on local anesthesia for my procedure because its less expensive and because he seemed confident that he could remove my tooth without much trouble. My experience during the procedure was exactly as he said it would be. I felt no pain, just some pressure. After my procedure, I developed dry socket and they got me in right

Update: received a call a day after this post. I have been informed they will file an appeal with my dental insurance. Waiting for update on my account, received another collection letter yesterday.
Received great service form this company, however the billing department, specifically Carrie, is very rude and unprofessional. I received an additional bill after my procedure which was paid upfront. I was never told that the sedation may not be covered. So I called and told the office I was appealing the decision with UHC my insurance. 2 weeks later I get a collection notice. I am appealing. Anyone

Knowing my fear of having dental work Dr. Brian Stone and his staff were very understanding and patient with me when I went in for implant surgery. Dr. Stone took the time to explain everything in detail to help reduce my anxiety.
The sedation worked great and my procedure went very well! Dr. Stone even called later that day to check on me.
I would recommend Dr. Brian Stone and the Southern Surgical Arts staff to anyone that needs dental surgery!

As a patient having to have my wisdom teeth extracted at an older age, I was dreading the procedure. But after meeting with the team at Southern Surgical Arts, I felt very well-prepared and informed. I was so pleased with the care of Dr. Brian Stone and his team! The staff has been very responsive to questions, quick to address any concerns, and made it their mission to see to it that my recovery was going smoothly. I’m very grateful for a team that recognizes that many people see dental work as an intimidating, dreaded experience, and that they strive to allay their patients’ apprehension
