Watertech Bath Products
Watertech Bath Products, a family owned business started in 1985 in Johnson City, Tennessee when my brother and I produced our very first whirlpool bath. Now three decades later the business that started in the corner of an old tobacco warehouse has grown from selling to local builders, plumbers and home owners into a nationally recognized brand sold by plumbing suppliers and home centers.

Ben and I grew up working every summer in our Father's building and developing company. We learned the business from the ground up and our Dad was tough on us but without a doubt it was the best education we have ever received. After graduating from college we became licensed general contractors specializing in building custom designed homes.
Services
Watertech uses Only PVC pipe for all water lines. This allows the use of bath oils and bath salts without concern for mold and meldew in the water lines. PVC pipe for all water lines. Not all bathtubs are created equal. Watertech uses supreme components and unmatched Craftsmanship from start to finish to manufacture the highest Quality baths on the market.
In keeping with our unmatched legacy of innovative quality products and personal service, WaterTech is pleased to be the only company to design and manufacture a TOP overflow bath we call the ELITE series. By designing the baths overflow into the top deck of the tub instead of the standard side wall location, we have increased the baths maximum water depth by 4 to 6 inches.
The biggest difference between a whirlpool bath and air bath is the type of massage it provides. Whirlpool baths provide a high-pressure, aggressive deep tissue and joint massage. Whirlpools are often found in hospitals, athletic training rooms and physical therapy facilities. A whirlpool bath is extremely beneficial in treating muscle sprains, damaged joints, back problems and aches and pains that arise from time to time as we age.
Conventional air control systems pull air into piping that runs from jet to jet, with more air provided to the first jet than to the last. This results in an unbalanced air supply to the jacuzzi bathtub with some jets having more pressure than others. Individual air supplies on each Watertech jet balance and maximize both air volume and water pressure.
Watertech uses only air injectors with built-in brass check valve protection. The check valve opens and closes when the blower is switched on or off preventing water from ever entering into the air system (pipes, blower, manifold, etc). Many manufacturers to avoid using expensive air injectors with integrated check valves, either use an injector with no check valve or the drilled hole and channel method.

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered our WaterTech soaking tub 3/10/21 from Lowes with a delivery date of 4/22/21. Rec'd a call from a nice gentleman within a couple of days of the order to confirm if it was supposed to be with or without a heater. Delivery date came and went. Lowes was truly of no help. Hubby called WT and was told there was an… acrylic shortage from their TX supplier. A couple more weeks go by, still no word. Called WT again to confirm measurements, was told now a resin shortage and hopefully early June. Gentleman said there were over 200 backorders but that we were close

Can not recommend. Our tub was warped (bottom not flat) made installation a real pain. I had a heater failure in the first week. They did send another heater unit but the new heater failed in less than a day. Then they said they couldn't help me. I got a different heating element from another brand (at my cost) and it works fine. Now the white paint is peeling off the air nozzles and it looks terrible.

We bought a brand new tub that was over 2k. It is the air bath and we added the heater. We had it installed and NONE of the jets came on or the blowers. It also leaked. They wanted pictures and when I sent the pics, they told me because we "didn't put enough mortar" under it that it closed any and all warranties. So, we didn't argue much and we bought ANOTHER TUB. They discounted the second tub roughly $450. We still paid $1,900. We just had the tub installed, and used it for the first time tonight and for the first five minutes it worked great. After that, ALL the blowers

We did a complete bathroom remodel 9/19. We live close enough to Watertech to visit their showroom and factory floor so had the big advantage to see firsthand and sit in several models, and chose an Elite 6032. Personnel at Watertech were all friendly, helpful and professional. Our contractors installed the tub as directed with no problems save for… a needed tight fit, the bathroom is only 10’x 7’. We had two issues worth considering if you buy this style tub, both are not Watertech caused, both completely our neglecting to consider them in our remodel design.
First, the overflow

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this tub! Almost 9 years later & just now, need to simply replace a switch.Thats it. If you’re thinking about it, dont waste another minute This model is PERFECT & trouble free for a small footprint. Its so deep, I’m completely immersed in it. Live in condo with neighbors above & all sides of tub. No problems there. Jet’s STRONG pressure feels great on my arthritic bones. Was on a budget, researched & read reviews. Definitely best bang for your buck. The mood lights are magical. So glad they explained the benefits of adding heater. What a concept…a warm temperature to your

Terrible experience with WaterTech manufacturer. Didn't package well an elite spa tub, which went through 6 freight companies to get to me. Perhaps, they sent me a broken tub to begin with, because their policy for reporting damages was "immediately upon receipt". You have to be set up ahead of time to remove a 100# tub from its carton to a place where you can water test, then drain it, and check the body for damages, all while the freight company stands around for the time it takes to do this. When received, the tub was safely stored in its box in the garage, due to unforeseen
