I recently built a new house and wanted to get set up with an outdoor tv as well as speakers and upgraded wifi to the back patio. I met with Roger and they gave me a few options to buy and mount a tv/sound bar, add 2 speakers to the pre-wired outside wall, as well as add an outdoor access point wired to the exterior of the house to extend the wifi. After he sent me pricing for equipment as well as installation, I told him I could mount and install the tv myself (but still buy from them), I was more interested in having them install the access point. This is a really nice place. They have different rooms set up like a "theatre" or "cinema". The products look like they're very high end and great sounding.
We went late in the day and I feel that the person that took care of us just wanted to go home. He seemed uninterested in helping us out. The guy we spoke to on the phone was phenomenal but he had left by the time we got there. We ended up purchasing the product we were researching somewhere else. Too bad though, we would have loved to do business there.
So I advise going there earlier so that the employer or owner

Had a master bedroom addition completed earlier this year and planned to use one of the wireless AT&T U-verse boxes from another TV on the TV in the new master Bedroom. The WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to reach the TV in that new room...it would freeze and become digitized. Since I’ve used Xtend Technologies on at least 4 other projects at my house, with great success, I decided to give them a call and have a technician come out to assess the situation, make a recommendation and put together a proposal so that TV wouldn’t become just an expensive piece of wall art. I met with Clint there. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He takes his time explaining and doesn't mind questions.
The store is laid out well and has a good selection of high end audio as well as some lesser expensive, but still great quality, stereo equipment. Definitely worth a trip to the store.
Pricing is fair but pretty much the same everywhere.
One of the few stores around here that carries quality cables.

I purchased a large plasma TV from a big box store and had some custom wiring and mounting needs. The big box store was not going to provide any custom services and they were going to take two weeks or so to actually perform the wall mounting.
I called Xtend and a technician was at my house in 24 hours. He did flawless work and was able to handle all of the custom wiring, wall mounting, trimming and fishing of the wires through the walls. I would highly recommend Xtend to anyone looking for quality home theater service professionals.
