Specializing in flat work concrete, our services include sidewalks, driveways, patios, steps, garages, basement floors and curbing. A variety of materials and finishes are available including standard concrete, exposed aggregate, colored, stamped and pervious finishes. In addition to flat work, we also do retaining walls, foundation repair, tuck point and patching, post holes, drain tile systems, egress windows and glass block casement windows.

What to Expect Report

The information about my process and the maintenance of the new concrete will be provided to the customer at contract signing. I believe it's important to keep the customer informed on the process, timing, things to expect and potential problems. Respect for your property, neighboring properties and city property is always a top priority.

My townhome association used Madsen Concrete for our driveways and sidewalks. The driveways look great and the owner was very professional and timely. He also provided frequent updates to us on the progress of the project so we could prepare and find alternate parking options.

Very responsive, even to my many questions. Kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen/happening and explained when/why/how it would happen. There was certainly no lack of communication, which was really impressive, especially when 1/2 the people I called for quotes never called me back or answered the questions I had. Made sure everything was done to my liking. I would HIGHLY recommend.
