Worst customer service ever! The owner is cussing! Unacceptable! They don't know how to respect people at all! If you don't want to be humiliated, don't come here at all! No such service work attitude could survive long term!

Do not use this place a complete ripoff and very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional owner/ manager, I dropped my shirts for laundry service which usually cost $2.75 per shirt, when I came back 3 days later to pick up the shirts they want to charge me $31.35 !!??? , I was like that dosent sound right I pay $2.75 a shirt, they respond it's dry cleaning charge $10 each, which I didn't ask for I asked for laundry like I always do, they respond the girl who helped you on Sunday is new!!! How is that my problem that she is new or she didn't explain the service pricing right, or she

Owner/Manager has a terrible attitude and doesn't understand customer service or customer relationships. I was a long term customer and was treated rudely and disrespectfully multiple times. This place is way overpriced and owner/manager is often rude, condescending, and doesn't seem to appreciate long term customers. I also noticed I was charged different prices for my dry cleaning on different days (often higher than I should have been charged). I'm not sure if it was a mistake or intentional, but I felt like they were being sneaky about trying to overcharge (their normal

This place destroyed all my ESSENTIALS limited edition sweaters and shirts. As well as shrunk my gucci cotton shirts 3 of them. I don't trust this place I'm asking to speak to the owner to see if they will refund me but I'm so upset with the fact that these clothing items are sold out. And limited, and now ruined!!! I am so livid just dirty rushed work. And I paid them for the dry cleaning. Top of it! Asking for full refund will let you know what the outcome is swell as reimbursed. No wonder they have a 2 stat

When you think you are getting a decent price, you are really paying down for terrible quality of service.

I never once saw care or quality in the handling of my dry cleanings but rather a sense of mass production and a rush and cheapness in servicing. When your clothes are back in your hand, you sense that the cleaning barely met the lowest standard for dry cleaning and placed your items at the highest risk for damage.

The staff is professionally immature and unfriendly. If you point out a mistake, their demeanor quickly changes from indifference to disagreeable. You even get a sense that they

DO NOT COME HERE.

Initially told me much cheaper prices, so I agreed to leave my clothes there.

I left 6 or 7 pieces of clothing, which simply consisted of one full suit, dress shirts and dress pants.

I'm usually charged $25-35 for this same amount of clothes. Here, they charged me $70! At this point, if I didn't have a suit, I would of just told them to keep my clothes.

Their prices are outrageous along with shady business. I definitely don't recommend them.

This cleaner is extremely overpriced. They dry clean things that should be laundered and charge an exorbitant fee for doing so. I utilized this cleaner several times for geographic convenience but will avoid taking my clothing to this location going forward.

We specifically brought our shirts in for laundering. The shirt tags say 'Do Not Dry Clean'. We were told the shirts were $2.50 to get laundered. The shirts get delivered and now the charge is $8.50 because they were...ready for it... Dry Cleaned.

Previous dry cleaner was very good, but expensive so we thought we'd go back to Al Phillips. So we called the store and told them what happened and their response - "Your previous dry cleaner probably just told you they were laundering the shirts." What kind of customer service is this??

Took back my blanket after they reached out to ACTUALLY get cleaned and surprise, when I got it back it was clean. Shocking how that works. Still salty about the attitude of the First Lady and how she told me the blanket was clean when I was brushing hair off it in front of her but very happy they corrected the situation. The younger lady who I picked up from was very nice and pleasant to deal with.
Also dropped off three suits, paid $50, they were done very well. I appreciate a business willing to fix a mistake.

Taking to small claims court!! My 100% genuine leather used to be white!! I dropped it off at Al Philips almost 8 months ago. Everytime I go to pick it up they said "it's not ready". I finally demanded after 8 months of a run-around and turns out they turned my $500 leather jacket from Neiman Marcus completely BLUE! The owner not only wouldn't apologize or take responsibility, but refused to replace or fix it. I am not taking him to small claims court to get my $495 back and give this owner a lesson on how to run an honest business

Al Philips is the best Dry Cleaner for Drapes! I don't know how they did it, but they were able to steam my curtains to make them shorter in length! My drapes were about 2-3" too long & Antonio (the manager) said
"We can fix that" I just finished hanging my drapes up and they are PERFECT!!
Thank You Antonio

The manager for this business lacks three crucial aspects, proper business ethnics, honest customer service and effective communication. False promises were made in regards to the removal of lint from my mother's Brook's Brother's sweater. The sweater also came back much larger than the initial "small" size it was before it got "cleaned". When she complained, the manager refused to listen to her side and had the nerve to treat her as if he was in the right. Not only was he ignorant of this whole matter, but also he willingly ignored her and dealt with other customers

NO GOOD. Read Before using this place. Horible Horrible Horrible. Nobody speaks english. 30 dollars for 3 pieces of clothing. Al Phillips The Cleaner SUCKS. Quite honestly the worst experience and dry cleaning that I have ever had in 25 years. Couldn't find my clothes. Then charged me 28.42 dollars to clean 3 process of clothing.

10.00 dollars each for 2 dresses basic and 1 baseball jersey.

This place doesn't explain anything and took forever to find my clothes.

Best dry cleaners Irvine, CA they are horrible. Worst service ever. Go elsewhere.

Our family always comes here for all of our dry cleaning needs. We always get great service! Prices are on the more expensive end but comparable to other Irvine/Newport Beach cleaners.

Absolutely love the service here. I've been going to Al Phillips for years and love the family owned feel. Very friendly staff. Prices are very fair for Irvine and they have great same day service, even for how busy they are. Just look at the clothes hanging in there! They even have drop off and delivery service that is very helpful when I am unable to pick it up myself. I will continue being a loyal customer :) and I'm glad they have the 5 minute parking right in front- very convenient.

To set the stage... It was Friday around mid day, I was in a wedding the following day (I had to leave around noon for pictures), and like a fool I hadn't gotten my dress shirt pressed and seriously ran the risk of getting murdered by the bride. I called several other cleaners and no one could have the shirt ready for me in time. Much to my relief, Al Philips said they could accommodate!

Customer service was fine.. I didn't have any issues like other Yelpers with any form of rudeness.

That being said, they did a horrible job of pressing my shirt... It was as if they ironed actual
