We found this company to be expensive for what they provide. They have too many upper level management with poor communication. They sold us a product (type of wood) that they claimed would be better (kiln dried). When the wood rotted within 3 years of installation, they claimed they were not responsible for the product, that we would have to go through the manufacturer. The fine print in the contract was never mentioned. After complaining loudly with them, they agreed to replace the rotten wood. We decided to give them an opportunity to redo the stain.
