Our attorneys and staff are dedicated to providing high-quality immigration legal services in a quick and efficient manner.

Our Beliefs: We believe that to represent any individual effectively, there must be a strong understanding of the person and their goals. To do this, we spend hours getting to know the case and our clients. As a result, we care for our clients and every end result. Consultation: At the consultation, we give honest opinions on the cases, all possible alternatives and what we hope to accomplish.
Services
Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you'll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Retainers must be paid upfront. Please be as detailed as possible.
Immediate family members may be eligible for asylum status with all its benefits such as work authorization, as long as they have been named in the alien's asylum application; even if any family members are not present in the U.S. at the time the application is filed. This includes your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age.
Deportation proceedings can be stressful so it's a good idea to be well informed and seek the best legal advice. Being arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or placed in removal proceedings by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can be intimidating for you and your family members.
If you are married to a U.S. citizen, you may qualify for a marriage-based green card. Applying for U.S. lawful permanent residence (a green card) based on marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident are detailed and complex, and largely depend upon whether the marriage was to a citizen or legal permanent resident and if they entered the country legally.
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) provides a pathway to lawful permanent residency for non-citizen children who have been abused, abandoned and/or neglected by one or both of their parents. To be eligible for SIJS, the non-citizen child must be under 21 years of age, unmarried, and under the jurisdiction of a state or juvenile court within the United States.
