Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
So after waiting 4months I have finally been able to receive my complete order
From start to finish the customer service has been poor to say the least - lost emails/incorrect paperwork/false information the list could go on
Fair to say I won't be using this company again

REBECCA IS AWSOME!!
From the very first call to enquire to walking through the front door Rebecca dealt with my order really well and very professionally, we went through the logo colours and clothing colours to get a perfect mate here, the printing and garments are top notch! I have just made my second order and there will definitely be more in the future, highly recommend

Booked an face to face appointment with a lady called rebecca, I had already pre warned the shop my son hates school and anything to do with school , I was extremely anxious about getting him getting measured but rebecca was amazing very caring and polite , she made my son feel very relaxed and she give him plenty of time to try stuff on , great customer service skills and she went above and beyond to help us out , she made sure we new everything that we needed , she really did make buying his secondary school uniform a pleasure to shop for thankyou again rebecca.

I placed an order on Wed for a full school uniform and pe kit, at very last minute as my daughter was moving schools and we needed it for the following Monday. By the Friday morning I received my email sayingit was ready for collection! My daughter now has a lovely new uniform all ready for her big day! Thankyou so much, you are absolute superstars and I will definitely be using you and recommending you as this was outstanding customer service x

Exceptional service and a very high quality product. Elizabeth’s embroidery completed some work on a piece of my wife’s work uniform.
Not only was the final embroidery of excellent quality, the communication process was very good throughout. The prices were good and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I intend to use them again moving forward.

Waste of time. I've been chasing up my school uniform order via emails and messages -it's as if they've shut up shop- and have given up phoning-lucky if you get as far as being put on hold. Twice in 2.5 years that I've placed an order and ended up cancelling it due to their incompetence. They debit your bank account quick enough. I'll be complaining to the school also.

The first fitting appointment was great the young ma. Was very good unfortunately the other female assistant interrupted and said my son needed a long leg. When they arrived they were far too long and I don’t see why I should pay to have them altered when he’s had a fitting appointment so I took two pairs of trousers back and held onto one pair so he at least had a pair for his first day. The young girl ordered two pairs of a smaller leg length. We got home and he tried on the pair we’d kept to find they were a totally different make and didn’t fit him at all and they were a button fasten

Absolutely shocking I would not recommend using these. I ordered before the schools finished in mid July. Back end of August I’m ringing to chase my order as I had emails early August saying my order was in to be stitched. Was told a few times they would call me back but no one ever did. Finally got to speak to someone who told me the male member of staff who was dealing with my order had gone and nothing had happened with my order.(This was the Saturday before they went back to school in September) They said they would fast track it and I could collect on Monday and I would receive an email
