I called Chuck at Ferris Pumps to do a Water Flow Test and a Water Quality Test. He came out the very next morning and did the flow test. He was very professional, polite and very courteous. I needed these tests done because I'm selling my home and needed then for the closing. He gave suggestions to improve the water productivity and also offered to have the buyer call him with any questions they may have. The Buyers did end up calling Chuck at Ferris Pumps and he answered all the Buyer's questions and resolved any future issues that may arise. Chuck was amazing and I recommend

Very few companies I would recommend. This company installed a pump years ago. This pump has lasted longer than the three pumps that had been installed previously. Two times I had a problem which were easy fixes and the company gave me help over the phone and was ready to come out immediately to fix it. I would highly recommend this company.

Woke up to find water in our basement called and within a short time Chuck came to the rescue! chuck was very nice as well as his wife whom we spoke with prior. Felt very comfortable with him ,he was very pleasant and enjoyed chatting with him. Would and will highly recommend!

Same day service on a Saturday afternoon!!! They showed up late afternoon pulled and replaced the submersible pump, replacing all fittings, connections and a new torque arrest-or . All this in about 90 minutes. Top of the line equipment and hardware used throughout.
I was very impressed by time spent and attention paid to pleasing and informing me of everything being done.
