Manager was extremely rude over the phone when calling about my ipad and then proceeded to cut me off every time I try to speak and then hung the phone up on me and then when I called back he had a extremely rude attitude with me and accused me of hanging up the phone I would not recommend this place I used to take all my devices here to be repaired but not anymore I've had to take my iPad back to this place five times in the last 4 months because my screen kept lifting up and on the last time I brought it back they said they did me a courtesy and "repaired" it well two days later the screen had

The young dude at counter greeted me when I walked in right away. They couldn't fix my phone problem but did tell me what's wrong just battery pack on my moto z. When I picked my phone up he was speaking fluent Spanish to another guy at the counter I was thoroughly impressed. The only store I've seen who can do microscope work on small stuff in phone.

My daughter told me about iSpecialize when my screen cracked. I brought it in to be repaired. Not too nay did they do a great job. They helped me navigate through some other issues I was having. They were friendly courteous and so gracious. I highly recommend them. Phone is working great ! Have sent friends & strangers to the them 🙏✌🏼
