Peace of mind is as much a part of a Konter Quality Home as brick and lumber. Before we ever build your home we begin by building a personal relationship with you, our customer. Customer Service Director Marcy Konter establishes this rapport at the time of contract with a personal meeting to guide you through our process.
KQH enjoys educating our buyers, and we understand that most people are curious about their new home while it is being built. A full demonstration of all available options and selections allows you to customize your dream home for final pricing.

A meeting with your new home specialist to review and execute the sales contract, followed by a meeting with Marcy Konter for a thorough explanation of what to expect of the construction process during the coming months.Upon completing the contract and providing KQH with your approval letter. KQH production coordinator will produce blueprints, order the plot plan, and prepare the written specifications, and notification of change.
Konter Quality Homes' goal is to help you complete the financial process of purchasing a home in as simple and seamless a way possible. We have partnered with a network of preferred mortgage lenders to help you tailor the mortgage process to your specific needs. The collaboration of your Konter New Home specialist and preferred loan officer will help you to easily make your dream of home ownership into a reality.
Let's hold that for a second and follow this train of thought to its logical conclusion in terms of your development. A home is not only a place to live and raise children, it is your plan for the future, an investment in the area you choose to live in and it is a financial asset. To become a first time homebuyer, you will need to know where to and how to begin the entire first time home buying process.
